ashpterodactyl: real-factsbrah: You know yourself. You don’t need other people to clarify what you have. You do to be “clinically diagnosed”. I hate this so much. I don&#8217;t agree with this at all. Imagine if everyone just started diagnosing themselves with any of these. These are more serious than ANY of you think. I have anxiety and depression. I&#8217;ve almost died because of these things. It isn&#8217;t just something to &#8220;have&#8221;. If you had any of these, you&#8217;d know that you hate it when someone random just suddenly goes, &#8220;I&#8217;m so depressed&#8221; or &#8220;omg I&#8217;m ocd&#8221;.  You do not always know yourself. I went to see specialist after specialist when I started having pains in my chest. FOR 2 YEARS. I had NO idea what was wrong with me. I had doctors tell me SO many different things. I missed my senior year of high school because of this. I didn&#8217;t start getting better until my regular doctor finally sent me to a therapist and a psychiatrist. The therapist gave me the diagnosis, and while the medicine didn&#8217;t always help, it still did something. The therapist helped me through some of my hardest times.  The person who made this has no idea what they&#8217;re talking about. Obviously. &#8220;real facts, brah.&#8221;
